Alison was overall amazing!! When it came to underwriting is where it was less great. We were asked for some documents that had been previously submitted and only a couple items at once. Some of the things asked for towards the end of underwriting I feel could have been asked for at the beginning in one massive list. She also told me it was easier for her for me to submit everything she requested at once instead of as I got it which caused some further delays because some documents I had on hand and could immediately email and some would take a day. I 100% understand new things come up during the underwriting process that need to be checked so new documents will be needed. But some of it seemed excessive.
