My experience was a great one in that you all tirelessly and patiently walked me through the home- bu g ing process step by step and one thing at a time, which all started with Nabeel, who was and still is very instrumental in my home buying process, he showed me ways I could go from renting to mortgage payment/home buying, his persistence, not taking no for an answer and his willingness, and tireless effort, have got me where I am today, in a home and not homeless, Faizon, in collaboration with Nabeel, happily came by the hotel to pick me and my daughter up to see listings of homes, until God chose what he wanted for us, Faizon drove safely and tirelessly making sure he showed a home we would like, at the same time keeping us entertained with beautiful music,, and brief conversations every now and then, It all would not have come together without the financial support of Gary, whose company trusted me to lend such an amount, even putting out his own money when I could not get my bank statement together at times, communicating what needed to be communicated, Rebecca and the rest of the team, all worked cohesively , to get this deal successfully through, even when I hot frustrated at times and wanted to change my mind about buying a home, I received an email/text/missed phone calls about what needed to be done and that open offer to me, to ask question(s) about anything I did not understand, and Mr. Gilbert, he let me and my daughter into the office when we're trying to find our way, he did it with a smile, no wonder he wanted me to smile, but I could not, I was hurting at heart and still is over my daughter, he was polite and professional, carefully led me through the signing of every document that was to be signed, unfortunately, my daughter could not sign any of the documents, she did not have a State ID with her, which would have changed the course of the home buying process, but again, Nabeel rushed to the rescue, he fid what he did, and the signing process went on as planned, I and my children: Johnetta and Jermaine, say a very big thank you to the team, words cannot fully express the gratitude we feel at heart, so, we say: thank you, we appreciate you!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE

As a first-time buyer, I had no idea how the mortgage process works. A friend of mine recommended Gary with AFN. Gary scheduled a call with me and listened to what I needed then guided me through what type of mortgage would be best for my needs. He explained each document I would need to submit and emailed me an easy-to-follow list. I received my pre-approval the same day. Gary updated me regularly leading up to closing. I appreciated that he would text me when he was sending documents for me to review and e-sign. His team worked hard to keep everything moving quickly.

Gary did an excellent job! His knowledge and understanding of the current industry was excellent. Definitely recommend!!
