For more than a decade, I've been helping homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and self-employed professionals navigate today's increasingly complex mortgage landscape. As a Mortgage Solutions Advisor with the Solution Lending Team at American Financial Network (AFN), I believe every borrower deserves a financing strategy built around their unique goals—not forced into a one-size-fits-all solution. While I enjoy helping first-time buyers and traditional borrowers, my passion is solving the loans that others can't. Over the years, I've earned a reputation as a "Mortgage Deal Doctor" by helping clients with complex income, unique financial situations, and challenging loan scenarios that require creativity, persistence, and strategic loan structuring. Whether it's a self-employed borrower, a real estate investor, a bank statement loan, DSCR financing, jumbo lending, or another Non-QM solution, I enjoy finding opportunities where others see obstacles. Every borrower has a story, and my job is to understand that story, identify the right loan program, and guide you confidently from application to closing. Before entering the mortgage industry, I worked in Higher Education Marketing and Event Management, where I developed a passion for communication, organization, and delivering exceptional customer service. Those skills continue to shape the way I work today. My clients appreciate that I tailor the mortgage experience to fit their needs.
